Our proposals

Our design team has been developing plans to renew and redevelop one part of the existing Thamesfield site.

Our aim is to create a modern, fit for purpose village that meets the needs of existing and future residents.

Our thoughtfully considered plans for Thamesfield will:

• Provide 17 modern retirement apartments, taking the total number at the village to 50 - a net increase of 13 homes
• Upgrade back-of-house facilities
• Deliver improved facilities for residents (library and activity space)
• Enhance landscaped grounds
• Renovate the commercial kitchen
• Introduce new resident growing gardens
• Retain the historic main white building facing the river
