About us

Retirement Villages Group is a pioneer in the later living sector and continues to grow and develop.

Over the last 40 years, we’ve created 16 communities with over 1,500 self-contained homes that deliver the highest possible levels of service and give people of retirement age the confidence and support to live independent lifestyles for as long as possible – knowing they can dial up or down any additional care needs if required in the future.

Giving back

Our communities are home to people with a breadth of knowledge and wide variety of life experiences behind them; from raising families and travelling the world, to building careers and leading successful businesses. They don’t see themselves as ‘old’ and want to remain active in their retirement with busy and social lifestyles with purpose.

We have been a close and active member of the Henley-on-Thames community for more than 30 years and we hope to continue nurturing that relationship for many years to come.

That is why we keep our doors open – creating spaces and holding events that help to build links with the wider community. For example, we organise skills and mentoring programmes for our residents to share their knowledge with the next generation and forge genuine, long-lasting bonds with local people.
