Sharing proposals for the redevelopment of part of the Thamesfield retirement village.

Retirement Villages has been developing and managing purpose-built retirement communities throughout the UK since 1981. We first opened our Thamesfield community more 30 years ago. Since then, we have been active part of the Henley community.

Our design team is currently working on plans to renew and redevelop one part of the existing Thamesfield site – the early 1990s block to the north of the site and to the left of the historic main building as viewed from the river.

Our plans for Thamesfield will:

• Provide 17 modern retirement apartments, taking the total number at the village to 50
• Deliver improved facilities for residents
• Be set within sensitively landscaped grounds

The main historic building will remain as it is.
